All content, branding, and technology associated with ShoutOut are the property of ShoutOut or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You retain ownership of your own uploaded content but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abuse, fraud, or misuse of the platform.
The ShoutOut platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee results, referral conversion, or income from using the Service.
We are not liable for any third-party content, interactions, or transactions resulting from use of ShoutOut.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShoutOut and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
